He expertly merges traditional and International cuisine to create modern global fusion in signature presentations.
Had a couple of meals here during our stay here. Indonesian and Western fare are both excellent. The 16-hour steak sandwich is a glorious mess of steak, cheese, and onion. The buffet breakfast boasts an excellent eggs benedict and a great chicken rice porridge. The staff are attentive and welcoming.GeraldD951
We've eaten breakfast here at least 5 times over the last few months. The food is always fresh and delicious. As for the service, just amazing! All the staff members have been professional and very friendly. Last night we decided to give their Rooftop Seafood BBQ a try and we were very impressed.
